How Does Online Sign Up Work?
The Sawyer website allows a one-stop process to register and pay for clubs. The paper form is not required! Sign up only takes a few steps:
- Use the link above to access the website at 7 pm on February 18, 2025.
- Scroll to find the club for enrollment or use the days of the week tabs to filter the club options.
- Click the “More Info” button to read the club information.
- Click the “Register” button to complete the registration process. Please note that you will be asked specific, required questions to enroll your student. These questions eliminate the paper signup process for us!
- Complete registration by submitting payment.
Note: PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY February 27, 2025. Failure to pay by the deadline WILL result in your registered spot being given to students on the wait list.
Note: HiSawyer requires the creation of a free account to complete the registration process. You can speed up the club registration process by creating your account in advance (if you do not already have one).
How Do I Know We Obtained a Spot in a Club?
HiSawyer sends an email on behalf of the PTO as soon as the registration is complete (usually within minutes).
How Do I Pay for a Club? Can I Pay by Check? Do I Pay for Waitlisted Clubs?
Payment is part of the online registration process. You must submit payment by February 27, 2025. Failure to pay WILL result in your student being removed from the club. Do NOT send payments for Waitlisted clubs. If you are placed on a waitlist, the PTO will contact you if you are moved up from the waitlist.
When Is the First Day of Clubs? How Many Weeks Do Clubs Meet?
All clubs start during the week of Monday, March 3 at 8:15 am. All clubs meet for 8 weeks. Makeup dates for holidays or school closures will be held the following weeks at your instructors disclosure.
How are Schedule Changes and Club Information Communicated?
The Club instructor will reach out via the email address you used to registered your student. It is imperative that you provide an email address that you check frequently.
What Time Do Clubs Meet?
Most clubs meet starting at 8:15 am but be sure to check the club descriptions for further information. Early drop-offs cannot be accommodated as there will be no supervision prior to the club start time.
What Is the Dropoff Process for Morning Clubs?
Please note the door drop off location specified for the club you have selected. Instructors will be waiting at the specified door to gather the students and walk them into the school to the club location. Please sign your student in at the appropriate door. Students will not be allowed to be dropped off prior to the designated time for their club. If the instructor is not at the assigned door, please escort your child to the main office to sign in. Failure to abide by these requirements may result in your student no longer being able to participate in the club.
